Huge savings on offer if you’re aged 55 or more. Ecruising.travel is offering a fantastic savings of up to $4500 on an exciting 27-night trans-continental rail and cruise package. The trip will take the guests across Australia and then across the sea to New Zealand. The discounted package however is available only for bookings made before September 30th.

The journey begins on October 30th travelling Gold Class on the Indian Pacific. The three day journey will take the guests from Sydney to Perth. The following fours nights, guests will be lodged at The Esplanade Hotel in Freemantle and another three nights at the beautiful CapeLodge amidst the Margaret River Winelands.

The scenic train journey will include all meals on board, plus beverages and also include some unique outback adventures at Whistle Stops along the way at Broken Hill, Adelaide and of course Kalgoorlie.  During the stay at Freemantle guests will be treated to excursions to the Pinnacles, New Norcia and to the amazing land of Perth’s wildflowers. At CapeLodge, accommodation includes daily gourmet breakfast, plus a la carte dinners and an exclusive wine tasting experience.

The second leg of the trip is the sea cruise onboard the Radiance of the Seas. Guests will spend 17 nights onboard. Activities include a visit to the 19th century whaling port of Esperance and Adelaide before heading towards Milford Sound in New Zealand followed by Dunedin, Akaroa, Wellington and Picton before heading home to Sydney where the tour concludes on November 26th.

The price of this exciting 27-night rail-cruise trip costs $6899 onwards per person. It includes all meals and refreshments on the ship, transfers, port charges and government taxes.
