Teenage heartthrob, Justin Beiber has been caught up in a QT Gold Coast Hotel vandalism jaunt, boasting about his antics on social media site Instagram.
Baby singer Justin Beiber was staying at the QT Gold Coast Hotel this week as part of his Justin Bieber Believe 2013 world tour, which hit the Gold Coast in Queensland on November 26th and 27th.
Bieber and his crew took it upon themselves to inflict parts of the QT Gold Coast Hotel tennis court with graffiti in a strange vandalism ritual that seems to follow the singer.
Earlier this month, the singer and his crew similarly defaced a wall while touring in Rio de Janeiro while on tour.
We spoke with QT Gold Coast PR Manager, Stephen Howard, who said “Whilst unable to comment while Justin Bieber was staying in the resort due to privacy reasons, the property can now state that it was a coup for the hotel to have Justin want to paint a piece of art in appreciation of his stay.”
Mr Howard also said, “This piece of art is now available to be viewed by fans of the artist and we believe that it is a wonderful addition to the colourful Gold Coast arts scene.”
Fans of the teen singer have taken to Twitter and Instagram defending his actions, while others have condemned the ad hoc artwork.
Either way, it’s great publicity for the QT Gold Coast. In the meantime, read our review of the QT Gold Coast Hotel, sans graffiti!
