The Chief Commercial Office of Etihad Airways, Peter Baumgartner, was confident that the new world-leading facility would deliver a product and service that is as highly praised as it is in-flight. He described the new facility as the jewel in the crown of their ever-growing global lounge portfolio.

The new First Class Lounge is a combination of great design and smart innovation, supposed to provide one of the best first-class airport experiences in the world. It features contemporary Arabian design elements with minimalist elegance and luxury that reflect the airline’s brand.
