Hyatt Regency Perth to hold International Chef Series


Perth food lovers get ready for relishing some exquisite Asian cuisine from some of the renowned chefs! Hyatt Regency Perth is going to hold an International Chef Series featuring chefs from Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Singapore.

The event will start by displaying Singaporean cuisine from March 7 to 19 this year, giving the guests the opportunity to taste some of the best signature dishes from Singapore, the Lion City. Chef Kwangseng Lee, the chef of the famous restaurant mezza9 at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, will inaugurate the event.

During this period, guests can enjoy some tempting and mouth-watering a la carte dishes including Hainanese chicken rice, braised pork belly, jellyfish, shredded duck meat, mango, Chinese herbs, garlic, spicy sauce, and dark soy sauce at dinner. Singapore’s famous chilled mango with sago in cream is going to be in the dessert menu.

After celebrating the Singaporean cuisine by Chef Kwangseng Lee, Hyatt Regency Perth will gradually celebrate Thai and Malay cuisine in June and September, respectively. The chefs will come from Grand Hyatt Erawan, Bangkok, and Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
