SilverNeedle Hospitality is on the mission of extending their network around Australia as quickly as possible and the Sage Hotel Ringwood in Melbourne is another step toward achieving that goal.
SilverNeedle has recently announced building a new hotel in Melbourne, expanding the Sage Hotel portfolio in Australia to seven. The company is currently operating hotels in Wollongong and Adelaide and has opened a Sage Hotel in West Perth in May 2016. Plus, three more hotels are in the pipeline with Sage Brisbane to be launched in Q1, 2017, and two more are scheduled to be launched in sometime 2017 and 2018.
The construction of Sage Hotel Ringwood has been started from July 27. Featuring six levels, the hotel will have 120 rooms, an integrated hotel complex, and 7,000sqm of gross floor area. The hotel complex will be a meeting hub of first-class artworks, over 350 prominent Australian and international lifestyle and fashion brands, and the cream of the epicurean culture of Victoria’s coastal capital.
