Virgin Australia has added another feather to its long list of achievements. The Airline Ratings, the leading airline safety and product rating review agency, has recognised Australia’s second largest airline for the best Cabin Crew and the best Business Class.

Virgin Australia’s Cabin Crew has already proved their efficiency in the airline industry with their professionalism and incredible service. In fact, the airline’s Cabin Crew has received the award in the past two years too.

On the other hand, the airline’s Business Class in the Airbus-200 and Boeing 777-300ER fleet features private and business suites with direct isle access and luscious menus designed by the company’s consulting chef Luke Mangan. Guests can also enjoy world-class drinks in the Business Class Bar and the largest in-flight entertainment screen available in flights between Australia and North American in the Business Class of Boeing 777 aircraft.

Virgin Australia Airlines’ Group Executive, John Thomas, said that they were very proud of their Cabin Crew, who’s enthusiasm and commitment are so infectious to be gone unnoticed. He also said that the time and care they invested behind the design of the Business Class had been paid off with that recognition from the Airline Ratings.

The Editor-in-Chief for Airline Ratings, Geoffrey Thomas, said that Virgin Airline’s Cabin Crew are outstanding in their commitment and professionalism as they treat every passenger, whether travelling in business or economy class, as a special guest. According to him, they have set a benchmark of what cabin service should be.

Mr Thomas also said that the new Business Class has taken it beyond just business with amazing features and amenities. He considered this Business Class on par with the outstanding service provided by the in-flight attendants.
