AccorHotels and Qatar Airways new partnership to benefit their loyalty programme members

AccorHotels and Qatar Airways have made a new deal that will offer more facilities to the members of their respective loyalty programmes.

AccorHotels is a preeminent travel and lifestyle group in the world, and Qatar Airways is the national carrier of the State of Qatar. Both the institutions have loyalty programmes to offer their customers an enjoyable and generous travel experience.

Because of the partnership, the members of the Qatar Airways Privilege Club now can convert their Qmiles into Le Club AccorHotels points or LCAH points and can use those points for having discounts and for buying free nights in AccorHotels’ inventory of more than 3,400 hotels. These points can also be used for accessing LCA’s exclusive rewards such as La Collection e-boutique, Dream Stays, Elite Experiences, and more.

On the contrary, the LCA programme’s members who have already earned 2,000 points can convert them to Qmiles and enjoy privileges in Qatar Airways’ network of more than 150 destinations.

The conversion of the points is very simple. Members of both the programmes just have to log into their respective member account, and they will find the option in the Dashboard page.

Dr. Ian Di Tullio, the Vice President of Customer Loyalty & Relationship in Qatar Airways, said that the partnership would offer their loyalty programme members more options to redeem their Qmiles.

AccorHotels’ Chief Customer Officer, Emanuel Baudart, stated that the partnership reflects their commitment to prioritising their guests and enriching their experiences with unique services.
