AirAsia has launched a group booking system for their registered travel agents on April 3. The operators can take advantage of the advanced system through the AirAsia Corporate Account and SkyAgent trade portals in New Zealand and Australia.
AirAsia is Asia’s leading low-cost carrier. During the 15 years of operation, the carrier has extended its network to more than 120 destinations across the Asia Pacific, the United States, the Middle East, New Zealand, and Australia. It is the only airline that operates direct flights to all 10 ASEAN countries.

The agents can use the new group booking system for checking fares and booking tickets for a group of passengers. They will also be able to maintain the payment options and customer details. The operators who have registered to the SkyAgent portal will get access to an account manager or a dedicated email address for making queries about bookings. However, they have to book the tickets via the SkyAgent portal to avail that support.
