SeaLink WA offers discounts in celebrating the new Rottnest Island Service

SeaLink WA offers an amazing deal for their passengers in celebrating the new SeaLink Rottnest Island ferry service, launching from November 5, 2017.

SeaLink Travel Group is one of the best tourism and transport companies in Australia. It has been relentlessly working to display the greatest tourism experiences of the country to the rest of the world.

The company offers a 2-for-1 ferry deal for the entire November month on the occasion of the inauguration of the Rottnest Island ferry service. It will operate six return ferry rides from Freemantle to Rottnest Island every day of the week. The price of the ticket per adult person starts from $22.50 one-way or $45 for return. However, it will slightly increase after adding the landing fee.

The SeaLink WA’s General Manager, Andrew Lane, revealed that the company had made a strategic investment to capitalize on the growing tourism market of the island. He hoped that the ferry service would be able to handle the growing transportation demand including the peak seasons during festivals, events, and school holidays.

There could be a significant increase in visitor number on the island in the 2017/18 seasons, according to the Rottnest Island Authority. Mr Lane said that their service would be useful for handling the influx of visitors as it adds an additional 700,000 seats to the island each year. Besides, the launching of a new transportation service has created twenty new jobs, and the number will grow in the future.
