Okinawa Prefectural Government has launched a new marketing campaign to attract more travellers to Okinawa, an island in the East China Sea. It offers several deals and discounts on flights, accommodations, and tours.
The campaign kicked off on November 13, 2017, and will end on February 4, 2018. The government collaborated with two companies, Voyagin and Webjet. Voyajin is a Tokyo-based travel tours and online booking platform and Webjet is a travel booking website offering the opportunity to book a range of services including holiday packages, hotels, cruises, travel insurance, flights, car hire, and more.
There are four packages listed under the campaign – Live Nuchigusui, Life, by Okinawa, Okinawa: The Secret is Out, and Okinawa: A Journey of Discovery. You can tailor the trips under three themes – Trends, Premium, and Relax.
The Trends theme will allow you to enjoy the authentic local experiences without being too touristy. If you want to have an Okinawa getaway on any special occasion such as an anniversary or honeymoon, choose the Premium theme. You will enjoy all the attractions and beauty of the services with premium hospitality and services. On the other hand, the Relax theme is for those who take their holidays as a means of escaping from the busy schedule and daily grind.
