Four Seasons launches yoga programs and adventure trips to keep you fit in Bali


Think of holiday and the ideas of laying idle beside a poolside and eating and drinking like there’s no tomorrow will automatically come to your mind. But, Four Seasons Resorts Bali has taken initiatives to change such typical holiday ideas!

More and more people have been becoming interested in sustainable traveling, which not only means traveling sensibly but also experiencing a destination in more active ways. Four Seasons has launched wellness programs and adventure tours for the guests of their Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay and Four Seasons Sayan. The programs and tours will help the visitors to experience Bali in more healthy and sporty ways.

Yoga & Visiting Wellness Gurus

The comprehensive yoga programs in both of the Four Seasons resorts in Bali help the guests to stay fit with some dynamic and fun yoga programs such as AntiGravity Yoga, Night Fire Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Power Yoga, and more.

The resorts also arrange for Visiting Practitioners program every month where internationally-acclaimed fitness gurus take extra classes.


International Tennis Program

Peter Burwash International sponsored a new tennis program where both children and adults can engage themselves into different types of tennis activities. Both the resorts have a tennis court with a US Open-standard surface.

Heli-Surfing & Ocean Sports

The heli-surfing is exclusive to the Jimbaran Bay and Tropicsurf. Asia’s first heli-surfing tour take adventurers to the Grajagan through a 45-minute helicopter flight. The waves there are very high compared to other easy-to-access breaks in Bali.

Guests in the Jimbaran Bay can also enjoy windsurfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

Cycling Adventures

The guests in the Four Seasons Sayan can take guided cycling tours of different lengths. These tours will allow them gain insights into the authentic Balinese way of life. You can take a 60-minute tour or opt for more arduous 3-hour and 4-hour tours.
