A team of celebrity chefs will serve the ultimate Queensland seafood experience at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas. The event, which will take place on Saturday, May 20, is a part of the Noosa Food and Wine Festival, a four-day festival of food, wine, and live entertainment.
The hosts of the event will be Andy Wilcox, the head chef of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, Blackbird Bar’s Jake Nicolson, and Billykart’s Ben O’Donoghue. Elena Duggan, the winner of the MasterChef 2016, will also join them and together they will prepare a special dinner with fresh local produce and seafood in the region.

Mr Nicolson will take care of the first course featuring yellowfin tuna tartare and dukka made of crushed green tomatoes, artichokes, and sunflower seed. Mr Wilcox will cook the second course that will satisfy the taste buds with Rhodavale pork belly, Hervey Bay scallops, and pineapple. The star of the third course, prepared by Mr O’Donohue, will be miso-blackened local cobia served with nori tapioca crisp and cucumber grilled and gel. Ms Duggan will oversee the dessert section where Sunshine Coast figs will be served with macadamia, wattle seed, and chocolate.

The price of each ticket is $140 per person and a booking fee of $3.10, which will buy you a four-course meal and a wine selection. You have to be at least 18 years old to join the event.
